Sales of donated books are our main source of funds. Book sales are held in February, May, and October.
Prices generally range from 25 cents to $2.00 each.

A small ongoing sale of hardcover and paperback books is located in the library near the checkout desk. The sale area also includes LP records, computer diskettes and both canvas and plastic book bags. A "cash box" is located there to collect payment for items purchased.

Book sale money is used to enhance your Olympia Timberland Library in the following ways:

• Programs for children, teens and adults.
• Media equipment for use in public programs and staff training.
• Light refreshments where appropriate for programs and staff training.
• Miscellaneous expenses associated with making the library an inviting place to visit and to work.
